At Anglo Dutch, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at the best value. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your purchases.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We currently deliver across the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the item.
Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) – Available on most small and medium appliances.
Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – Available on selected products for an additional fee.
Large/Heavy Appliances – Delivered within 5–7 business days via specialist courier.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the size/weight of the item and delivery location.
Standard delivery may be free on orders over £50.
We currently deliver only within the europe.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
Re-delivery fees may apply if a delivery attempt fails multiple times.
Please check your order upon delivery and report any damages or missing items to us within 48 hours.
If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Most orders include tracking. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
